About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead strategy, content, and influencer initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media programs aligned with business objectives, while leveraging trends and analytics to optimize performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement
• Plan and manage social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives
• Identify opportunities to leverage cultural and social trends to enhance brand presence

Content Development

• Create and oversee high-quality, engaging social media content across platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of content

Influencer Marketing

• Plan and execute influencer marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships within the influencer ecosystem
• Identify appropriate influencers to support brand and campaign objectives

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
• Use insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement strategies
• Work with social analytics and influencer reporting tools

Market Research & Optimization

• Conduct research to understand audience segments and competitive landscape
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
• Continuously optimize processes and campaigns based on data-driven insights

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams including marketing, communications, and product teams
• Support internal initiatives such as training, communications, and engagement programs

Basic Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Proven experience in social media program management
• Strong background in content creation and campaign execution
• Experience with influencer marketing programs
• Hands-on experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Ability to create high-engagement content aligned with brand voice and trends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in banking or financial services industry
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
• Experience as an independent content creator or strong personal social media presence
