CoveredSix Security ( is now hiring dependable, courteous and professional Security Guards to represent our company to the highest industry standards. Must be able to perform designated job duties and abide by company/industry policies and procedures. Detailed oriented, great people and communications skills needed.

Starting Pay Rate: Unarmed $20-$25 DOE
Location: Long Beach
Shift: Night Shift
Position: Physical Security

Employment Requirement:

• Must have a valid California Guard Card
• Valid Driver’s License/Clean driving record
• Pass employment verification and background check
• Valid US Citizenship or Permanent Alien Residency
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Professional appearance with mature and positive attitude
• Team player

Position Details:

• Ability to stand, sit and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods, Multitask
• May be exposed to variations of weather and temperatures
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior
• Execute and enforce client specific tasks
• Observe, report and prevent incidents by providing a physical presence
• Detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and premises.
• Secure facility and designated areas
• Enforce facility and company policies and procedures
