Pay: $850/week Base + Performance Bonuses

About the Opportunity

We are actively hiring a Sales Recruiter / Headhunter to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, high-activity recruiting role focused on sourcing and hiring strong sales talent in our Fresno CA market.

If you have sales experience, recruiting experience, or thrive in outbound phone-based environments , this role offers strong weekly income and bonus potential in a performance-driven setting.

What You Will Do

• Source and recruit candidates for sales positions
• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and candidate outreach
• Screen applicants and move them through the hiring process
• Maintain daily recruiting activity and pipeline flow
• Work closely with leadership to fill open roles quickly
• Drive urgency with candidates and ensure consistent show rates

Who We’re Looking For

• Background in sales, recruiting, call centers, or outbound phone work
• Strong communication and closing ability

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple candidates
