Professional Case Management is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality in-home healthcare services to clients with complex medical needs. As a member of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will deliver personalized nursing care to former energy workers and their families in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor chronic conditions, and respond promptly to changes in client status. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and family members to coordinate care and ensure that each client’s physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met. The Registered Nurse will perform skilled nursing procedures such as wound care, infusion therapy, respiratory care, and pain management, following evidence-based practices and company protocols. You will educate clients and caregivers on disease management, medication regimens, equipment use, and safety in the home, promoting independence and improved quality of life. Documentation of all care, observations, and communications will be completed accurately and timely in the electronic medical record to support continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
