We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our Port Orange facility!

This outpatient-only position provides an exceptional work-life balance, no weekends, and a flexible schedule with the support of an experienced multi-specialty team. With no non-compete contract, physicians have complete career autonomy in one of Florida’s most desirable coastal communities.

1. Outpatient only – No inpatient responsibilities.
   
2. Flexible work schedule – 5-day workweek (negotiable 1 telemedicine day).

4. Limited call – Low-volume, telephone-only, shared weekly rotation with RN triage.

6. Multi-specialty support – Larger hubs offer onsite Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Sports Medicine, and more.
   
7. Modern facilities – Lab, X-ray, Ultrasound, Infusion Clinic, Pharmacy, and Primary Care all onsite.

1. Salary – $250,000 base + incentives, auto-renewed annually.

2. Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
   
3. Work collaboratively in a care team model with Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs.
   
4. Utilize Epic EMR for seamless patient documentation.
   
5. Participate in a shared call rotation (low volume, telephone-only).
