• OTR Schedule: Typically 2 to 3 weeks out on the road followed by a solid 3 to 4 days of quality home time.

• Rate of Pay: $0.70 CPM on every mile the truck moves.

FLEET SPECIFICATIONS (2024-2027)

• Elite Units: Late-model Volvo and Freightliner Cascadia trucks.
• Amenities: Built-in refrigerators, microwaves, power inverters, and APUs for maximum OTR comfort.
• Speed: Trucks run at 72 MPHget to your destination faster and safer.
• Passes: EZ Pass and PrePass provided, along with Pilot/Flying J fuel cards.

HIRING CRITERIA

• Fast-Track Hiring: Standard DOT Urine drug screen only, completed at a lab near your home.
• Experience: Must have at least 1.5 years of verifiable OTR experience.
• CDL History: Minimum 2 years with a valid Class A CDL.
• Safety Record: No DUI/DWI or SAP history. Solid job history with fewer than 8 carriers in 3 years.
