Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company guidelines. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Utilize analysis skills to assess client risk profiles and recommend appropriate coverage plans tailored to individual circumstances. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the insurance process. Qualifications Valid state license as an Independent Insurance Agent with appropriate certifications for selling insurance products. Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related sectors. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client populations. Familiarity with sales administration tools and marketing strategies to support outreach efforts effectively. Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating client needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to customer privacy and data security is preferred.
