Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Inventory Specialist to take ownership of inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse locations. This role is not just about counting its about fixing problems, enforcing processes, and training teams to maintain consistency.

The ideal candidate understands real-world warehouse challenges, can identify gaps quickly, and is comfortable traveling between locations to ensure inventory standards are properly implemented and followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouse locations using inventory systems
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner
• Identify root causes of inventory issues (receiving errors, labeling issues, system gaps, etc.) and implement corrective actions
• Train warehouse staff on inventory procedures, scanning, labeling, and system usage
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, labeling, and movement of products across all locations
• Work closely with warehouse managers, purchasing, and logistics teams to improve inventory flow
• Monitor stock levels and flag issues such as low stock, overstock, or slow-moving items
• Prepare inventory reports, variance reports, and performance summaries
• Travel within Florida and occasionally to Texas to support inventory operations
• Enforce company standards and safety compliance (including OSHA guidelines)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and inventory management systems
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to train and hold teams accountable to processes
• Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation or ability to relocate near West Palm Beach, FL
• Must pass E-Verification
