Job Description
The Holiday Inn Roberts Centre is seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Nights and Weekend Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our hotel guests, convention attendees, and team members. This role supports weekend operations and special events.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct routine patrols of hotel, convention center, and parking areas
Respond promptly to guest concerns and disturbances
Assist with conflict de-escalation in a calm and professional manner
Complete incident reports accurately and timely
Coordinate with emergency services when necessary
Enforce hotel policies consistently and respectfully
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior security or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and sound judgment skills
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Hourly, non-exempt position
Overtime paid in accordance with applicable laws
Background screening is required consistent with applicable law
