The candidate should have exceptional knowledge of these files and be able to effectively communicate in the healthcare language. Responsibilities: - Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' claims, pharmacy, and member files. - Analyze and interpret these files at a granular level, identifying key data elements and their relationships. - Create source-to-target mapping documents, ensuring accurate and appropriate transformations. - Utilize SQL and data analysis techniques to extract, manipulate, and cleanse data for analysis purposes. - Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to clients' needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous data cleansing and validation processes. - Stay updated with industry regulations, payer-provider dynamics, and emerging healthcare trends. - Communicate effectively in the healthcare language, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
