About the Role
American Energy Resources is hiring Gas Utility Workers to support gas meter installation and replacement projects. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in utility field work with paid training and advancement opportunities.

What Youll Do

• Assist with gas meter installation and replacement.
• Perform physically active outdoor work throughout the day.
• Follow all safety procedures and job site standards.
• Work as part of a team to complete daily assignments.
• Maintain a professional appearance in the field.

What Were Looking For

• A valid drivers license is required for job-related travel.
• Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour during training.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours.
• Weekly performance incentives available.
