Job Description
Position Summary
Support the assembly of medical device components and electronic systems in a production environment. Work may be performed in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom settings with opportunities for cross-training.
Responsibilities
Read work orders, production drawings, and instructions
Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools
Perform crimping, soldering, wiring, and bonding
Inspect parts using go/no-go quality checks
Install assemblies into final housings
Perform cleaning, curing, and epoxy bonding
Maintain clean and organized workspace
Follow safety and quality procedures
Requirements
Open to entry-level candidates
Hands-on production experience acceptable
Attention to detail
Reliable and team-oriented
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Support molding production processes
Work with Manufacturing Engineering
Perform troubleshooting and assembly tasks
Ensure quality standards are met
Communicate across departments
Manufacturing experience required
Medical device experience preferred
