Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a strategic financial leader and trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors. In collaboration with the CEO, the CFO is responsible for the long‑term financial health and sustainability of New Horizons, Inc. and its divisions. This role balances high‑level financial strategy with effective oversight of day‑to‑day financial operations, while intentionally developing a capable, autonomous finance team. The CFO leads the Finance Department and partners closely with organizational leadership to ensure sound financial decision‑making in support of New Horizons’ mission.
