Position: Order Puller 
Location: West Chester, OH 45014
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (DOE)
Shift: 1st Shift | 8AM –5PM

Are you a dependable team player with experience in warehouse operations? Integrity Trade Services is seeking a dedicated  Order Puller to join our dynamic team in Odessa, TX. Job Summary

As an Order Puller, you will be an essential part of our warehouse operations, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your attention to detail and safety awareness will help maintain efficient workflows and uphold our commitment to quality service. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trucks and inspecting incoming merchandise for accuracy and quality.
• Sort and organize materials, placing items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Accurately pick and fill customer orders based on specifications.
• Prepare orders for shipment by packing and labeling appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping work stations and warehouse areas tidy; sweep, dust, and mop as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Reach trucks, Forklifts, and Order Pickers safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all safety protocols and PPE requirements are consistently followed.
• Organize warehouse space for maximum efficiency and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.
• Prior experience operating forklifts, Reach trucks, or Order Pickers is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Commitment to safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience with carbon flanges and fittings is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Regular use of hands to handle, feel, and reach.
• Ability to lift objects weighing 10-50 lbs regularly and occasionally lift more than 100 lbs with assistance.
• Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling are frequently required.
• Climbing and balancing as needed.
• Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
