Carpenter (Home Services) We're Looking to Add a Home Services Carpenter to our Team! About The Position This is not large-scale framing work—our Home Services Carpenters focus on residential projects, smaller remodeling jobs, and handyman services. Some of our typical projects include: Cabinetry installation and repair Trim and decorative molding installation and repair Doors and windows Minor kitchen and bath upgrades Light plumbing and electrical Tiling and flooring Painting and touch-ups What We Offer Pay : $28.00–$33.00/hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonus potential on individual jobs (not guaranteed) Company profit-sharing Steady, full-time, year-round work Flexible schedule options: 4-day or 5-day work week 401(k) with 50% company match (up to 5% of pay) Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Volunteer Day Off Health insurance with employer contribution Company-paid Life Insurance Dental & other supplemental insurance options $2,000 Sign-on Bonus A supportive, fun, and rewarding workplace! What We're Looking For 5 years of carpentry or residential remodeling experience (or equivalent proven skills) Your own basic set of carpentry tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Professionalism and ability to work directly with clients Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to ensure accurate documentation and client interaction Comfortable with technology, including basic use of Apple or Android communication tools Willingness to work in Southern NH and Northern MA Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team processes Comfortable working inside, outside, on ladders, and on roofs Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable vehicle Ability to pass a thorough background check And most importantly take pride in your work!
