Job Description
The City of Quincy, Florida is seeking qualified vendors or contractors to submit proposals for Audio/Visual (AV) Production & Streaming Services. This opportunity involves providing professional recording and live streaming services for City Commission meeting, workshops, hearings, and public events.
Note: This is a Request For Proposal (RFP) and not a traditional employment position.

Proposal Requirements: Interested vendors must submit Company information & contact details, Summary of qualification, Technical approach(workflow, equipment, staffing), Relevant experience and references, Cost proposal (meeting, events, additional services)
Compliance Requirements - Must be authorized to do business in Florida, Maintain minimum $1,000,000 liability insurance, City of Quincy must be listed as additional insured, Provide proof of insurance
