Job Description
Weston Gardens in Bloom, a historic wedding and event venue in Fort Worth, is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Assistant Wedding Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about weddings and events.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning and coordinating weddings and special events
· Communicate with and book vendors
· Create event layouts, maps, and timelines
· Support event execution, including day-of coordination
· Provide general support for venue operations and events
Requirements:
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
· Prior event or wedding coordination experience preferred
· Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Schedule:
· Full-time
· Weekend and evening availability required
Pay:
· Negotiable based on experience
