Support Project Managers during preconstruction, buyout, and project execution. Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project logs. Work closely with Superintendents and subcontractors to maintain project schedules. Assist with budget tracking, cost reviews, and forecasting. Coordinate materials, deliveries, and project documentation. Maintain quality standards and contribute to problem solving onsite.

2-5 years of commercial construction experience. Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and documentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software.
Base salary of $100-115K. Annual performance bonus. Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with company match. PTO, paid holidays. Long-term advancement to Project Manager.
