Duties

• Carefully pick items from inventory shelves based on order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Pack products securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
• Verify orders against packing lists to maintain high standards of accuracy
• Prepare packages for shipment by labeling and organizing them for delivery routes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
• Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
• Follow safety protocols at all times to create a safe working environment for everyone

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order selection and packing
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
