Primarily looking for Saturday availability - 9 am - 1 pm and week days 4 pm - 7 pm. Most classes in Eagle Mountain, Lehi, Highland, and Pleasant Grove. Some classes in Orem, Provo, and Spanish Fork.

WHO WE ARE:
Were an engaging childrens soccer program (ages 2-8) with a focus on character development. We help children develop skills and confidence with sports through fun themes, unique games, and amazing coaches! (that's you!)

Our flexible schedule is a good fit for candidates with prior obligations (another part-time job, college classes, stay-at-home parents, etc.), and the pay is very competitive.

*$15 while in training, increasing by $2 each coaching milestone you hit. Make as much as *$30 per hour (when teaching back-to-back classes)

If you have a passion for positively impacting children, wed love to talk to you. Soccer Shots works with experts in early childhood development to create a curriculum now taught to hundreds of thousands of children across the country in over 7000 locations.

*$30 per hour when teaching back-to-back 30 minute classes.
*$15 as assistant coach, per 40 minute class not per hour.

The Job:

• Bring Soccer Island alive with your enthusiasm and creativity.
• Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down.
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

Qualifications:

• No prior sports/coaching experience required.
• Genuine passion for children and sports.
• Energetic, engaging, and responsible.
• Safety conscious.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 2-8.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, jog, and model childrens soccer skills.
• Coaches must have or obtain state-required clearances.
