Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, or similar platforms. Working knowledge of Revit or other BIM tools. Strong understanding of building codes, load paths, and structural systems across steel, concrete, wood, and masonry. Clear communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team setting. What Sets This Role Apart This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, including highly technical and fast-paced data center developments, while still maintaining exposure to traditional building types.
