Candidate will cover inpatient neuro units Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Early identification, high-risk screening, and readmission screening of all patients. Services include adjusting to illness counseling, safety assessments, and discharge planning. Identification of obstacles and barriers to discharge is essential. A completed application must be on file with the board for clearance to work.
