About the Role
AG Demo and Renovation is looking for a skilled, reliable Carpenter to join our team. We handle everything from the initial teardown to the final polished finish. If you’re someone who takes pride in seeing a project through from "gutted" to "gorgeous," we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
Framing & Structure: Build floor frameworks, wall studs, and roof structures.
Finish Carpentry: Install trim, baseboards, molding, and cabinetry with precision.
Remodeling Support: Assist in the renovation process, including installing windows, doors, and flooring.
Blueprint Reading: Follow technical drawings and plans to ensure all work meets specifications and building codes.
Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace and ensure all power tools are operated safely.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in residential or commercial carpentry.
Skills: Strong knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials; proficient with hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders, etc.).
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
Reliability: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to job sites.
Team Player: Ability to work well alongside our demo and finishing crews.
