Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator will support multiple Salesforce instances and ensure accurate, efficient data management across the organization. This role requires strong foundational Salesforce knowledge, hands-on backend administration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams. Candidates must be able to follow established processes while proactively anticipating user needs and identifying opportunities for improvement. Primary Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration across multiple orgs, including user setup, permission sets, profiles, and data governance tasks. Perform data loads, data augmentation, and troubleshooting using Salesforce tools and error messaging. Maintain data accuracy through proper filtering, sorting, and validation techniques in Excel. Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams to support operational workflows and resolve user issues. Identify potential user needs, anticipate follow-up questions, and provide clear, proactive communication. Required Technical Skills Salesforce (Primary Focus) Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Administration experience Hands-on backend administration, including: User setup & administration Permission sets & profiles Familiarity with Salesforce error messaging and troubleshooting Excel (Intermediate) Proficiency with formulas such as VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP Ability to build and interpret pivot tables Strong understanding of filtering, sorting, and Excel mechanics to prevent data misalignment Nice to Have Experience with ServiceNow ticketing Familiarity with tools such as: ZoomInfo Soft Skills & Team Fit Ability to follow instructions while applying critical thinking and creativity Strong collaboration and communication skills Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Demonstrated ability to add value within a team environment Strong anticipation skills — able to foresee user needs and potential issues Comfortable working across departments and partnering with technical teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
