At East County Performing Arts Center (ECPAC), we believe in more than just performing arts classes — we believe in shaping confident, respectful kids and building a thriving community through the arts. As we expand into Oakley, we’re seeking a dynamic Sales Person to help families discover the transformative power of the performing arts
.

Who You’ll Work With & What You’ll Do

You’ll join a passionate, values-driven team committed to Excellence, Community, and Respect . Your role is all about connecting with families, guiding them to the right programs, and ensuring every child has the chance to shine.

• Drive enrollment at both our Brentwood and Oakley studios.


• Engage leads, book trials, and close sales with confidence.


• Represent our brand with professionalism and warmth at every step.


• Love using our CRM (we’ll train you!) and keep it updated with accuracy.


• Cover occasional evening desk hours when needed.


• Complete two paid sales trainings to sharpen your skills.

• Organized and motivated, with a love for technology and CRMs.

• Background in gym sales or similar enrollment-based sales is a plus!
