While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! At Renewal by Andersen, we're having trouble keeping up with all the opportunities to generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations.
We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and motivated people to talk with customers about their window and door problems. Our goal is to schedule appointments-- the more you set the more money you make! This challenging yet fun position requires the ability to have a conversation with ease, overcome objections and keep a positive attitude.

Compensation: We offer an hourly base plus UNCAPPED WEEKLY BONUSES. Our average representatives earn $25-$30 per hour. This is a part-time position with the most lucrative hours on the weekends. Since you will be traveling to various locations with set up materials, reliable transportation is required. We provide mileage reimbursement.
Safety: We share a community culture where we care for each other and keep each other safe. This position requires maintaining social distancing, wearing a mask, and doing a personal health checks before coming to work each day. We provide everything you'll need to stay safe.
