Schedule: 4 Day Work Week - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri

Looking for a Delivery Driver or Route Driver job that keeps you moving, thinking, and making a real difference every day? New System is looking for a full-time Route Relief Driver (Non-CDL) Customer Service Rep who thrives on variety, enjoys being out in the field, and takes pride in delivering top-notch service. This isn’t your typical driving job, you’re the face of our company , the problem-solver, and the reason our customers stay happy and fully stocked.

What You’ll Do

• Jump in and cover routes where you’re needed most (PTO, callouts, growth)
• Deliver and pick up linens and supplies with accuracy and efficiency
• Keep customers stocked, organized, and stress-free
• Use mobile tools to track deliveries, updates, and service details
• Solve problems on the spot and escalate when needed
• Spot opportunities to improve service with helpful add-ons (mats, soap, aprons, etc.)
• Handle payments and maintain clean, accurate records
• Drive safely and complete vehicle inspections- safety always comes first

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving a box truck (we’ll train you)
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Comfortable using mobile apps daily
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
