Lead personalized care plans for mothers and newborns, ensuring safety and comfort from active labor through postpartum recovery.
Coordinate the multidisciplinary team as the primary patient advocate to deliver a seamless, high-quality birthing experience.
Monitor and communicate real-time patient data to ensure swift, proactive clinical interventions for the mother-baby dyad.
Empower families for the transition home by managing comprehensive discharge planning and essential newborn education.
