Professional Case Management is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to provide in-home healthcare services to clients with complex medical needs. As part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will deliver direct, one-on-one nursing care to former energy workers and their families in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments as ordered, and monitor clients for changes in condition, communicating promptly with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. You will provide skilled care such as wound care, IV therapy, respiratory support, and chronic disease management while educating clients and families on care techniques, medications, and health maintenance. Collaboration is central to this position: you will work closely with other nurses, therapists, care coordinators, and support staff to ensure continuity of care and excellent clinical outcomes. Accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records, adherence to regulatory and agency standards, and participation in quality improvement activities are essential components of the job.
