Overview <\/span>
<\/h2>

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems supporting mission -critical environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on large -scale software development efforts involving analytics, algorithm development, real -time processing, large data sets, and enterprise information systems. <\/span>
<\/p>

This role offers the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively within a highly technical team, contributing to the design, development, testing, and deployment of sophisticated software solutions. <\/span>

Responsibilities <\/span>
<\/h2>
  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Implement software solutions based on documented requirements. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Develop processing -intensive analytics and advanced algorithms. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Work with large -scale and real -time data processing systems. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Review and test software components to ensure compliance with design requirements. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Document testing activities and results. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and problem reports. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Apply appropriate software development methodologies and best practices. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Participate in system design discussions, including hardware/software trade -off analysis. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Evaluate opportunities for software reuse and integration of Commercial Off -The -Shelf (COTS) and Government Off -The -Shelf (GOTS) solutions. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support requirements analysis and decomposition from system -level requirements to individual software components. <\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Required Qualifications <\/span>
    <\/h2>
    • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph. <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Minimum of 10 years of Software Engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope, complexity, and technical requirements. <\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Education Substitution <\/span>
      <\/h3>
      • Four (4) additional years of relevant Software Engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree. <\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Preferred Experience <\/span>
        <\/h2>
        • Experience developing large -scale distributed systems. <\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Experience with real -time processing environments. <\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Experience working with analytics platforms and large data sets. <\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, testing, and system integration. <\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>
