Security Dispatcher

Keeping eyes on the screen and ears to the ground — literally!

What You'll Do:

You're the calm in the storm and the voice on the line. As the command center for our security team, you'll monitor CCTV cameras, answer calls for help (or curiosity), and dispatch the right folks to handle everything from locked doors to unexpected surprises. You’ll juggle radios, phones, and screens like a pro — keeping our campus safe and sound.

A Day in the Life:

• Keep a sharp eye on our CCTV system — nothing gets past you.

• Take calls from staff and guests needing assistance — you're friendly, clear, and helpful.

• Dispatch security team members where they’re needed — from routine patrols to urgent calls.

• Stay in constant radio contact with on-duty officers (yes, you get to use cool lingo).

• Log incidents, track activity, and document it all with accuracy and detail.

• Flex between locations and shifts as needed — variety keeps things interesting!

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent — check!

• You communicate like a champ — both on the phone and in writing.

• Great eyesight and sharp hearing — you notice what others miss.

• You're flexible with your schedule and can handle a little overtime when things get busy.

• Ready to work wherever you're needed — you're a team player.

• Able to qualify for a Private Security Officer's License within 20 days of hire — and you’ll keep it in good standing throughout your time with us.
