Job Details Job Location: TX‑San Antonio AC – San Antonio, TX 78212 Position Type: Full Time Regular Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Travel Percentage: Minimal Job Shift: Any Job Category: Fundraising & Donor Relations Schedule/Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (EXEMPT) Responsibilities Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs to properly acknowledge, recognize, and steward gifts of all levels to The Salvation Army. Assist in building and strengthening relationships with donors and donor prospects by partnering with development officers to determine the best strategies for effective stewardship. Research, prepare, and provide profiles and reports on potential and identified annual and campaign major‑gift donors/prospects to aid in their solicitation. Maintain a comprehensive donor research library and remain current in the use of these materials. Analyze individual, foundation, and corporate donors and suggest cultivation/solicitation strategies. Perform donor and prospect research using a variety of web‑based sources; provide summaries of data and reports as requested. Maintain a solicitation‑based prospect management tracking system and monitor and report on established metrics to evaluate pipeline management and fundraising success. Work with the Donor Services team to maintain and manage an efficient donor record‑keeping and reporting system, ensuring accurate and complete records are prepared and maintained for each donor and identified prospect within TSA CRM and applicable software.
