MANTECH seeks a motivated, acquisitions focused, and customer-oriented Program Security Analyst (DoD Accredited Solutions) to help support our current Marine Corps Contract in Stafford, VA. The successful candidate will assume a wide range of responsibilities pertaining to the development and accreditation of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) and/or a Special Access Program Facilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the development and accreditation of SCIF and/or SAP-F designated spaces to include the creation and implementation of Construction Security Plans, facilitation of TEMPEST accreditations, in-progress compliance coordination with Accreditation Officials, and eventual designation of ICD 705 environments.
Manage the development, implementation, management, and monitoring of policies, instructions, procedures, control systems, and methods to prevent compromise or loss of classified information or material.
Support the development, accreditation, and operation of Tactical Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities.
Assist with physical security assessments, surveys, and inspections.
Manage multiple development and accreditation projects concurrently, effectively overseeing schedules, performance, risks, as well as fielding and sustainment activities.
Coordinate with community stakeholders and governing authorities as required.
Develop and present papers, briefings, and support staff actions to communicate the progress of the overall Accredited Solutions program including the status and details of each project
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and at least 8 years of experience supporting DoD program security. Additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft O365 products.
Demonstrated ability to work with others in a collaborative environment as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret policy and provide guidance.
Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment to meet critical timelines.
Knowledgeable in a wide range of security policies and procedures applicable to the Department of Defense, Navy, and Marine Corps as it pertains to overall security practices and the development, accreditation, and operations of SCIFs
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of DoD Acquisitions is preferred.
Clearance Required:
Must have an active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance
