Seeking a new member of our team!
We are VERY small custom apparel company located near Reading, OH in need of an office admin / assistant / production aid.
Due to our small scale, this role would be very different from day to day as our work load shifts and changes. Flexibility in your duties is EXTREMELY important, however it can make for a dynamic work environment with lots of variety.
Your duties within this role would be as follows...
Generating simple design proofs for customers.
Putting together simple designs as needed to fulfill apparel orders. Basic experience in Adobe Illustrator would be needed, Photoshop is a bonus.
Assisting with day-to-day communication with customers.
Sending and receiving emails, generating quotes, and facilitating the picking up of orders. Assisting in communication with customers about the scope/details of their potential order.
General running of errands.
We occasionally need orders delivered, or supplies picked up from vendors. You would be using your personal vehicle for these tasks, but would be compensated for fuel appropriately.
Facilitating pickup/dropoff of customer orders.
Managing the picking up/dropping off of apparel or promotional item orders, receiving payment if needed.
General assistance around the shop with prep and production of goods.
Running the printers/equipment as needed, assisting with the preparation of goods for printing or for customer pickup. This could look like anything from printing and pressing shirts, to helping make designs, to checking in orders and placing them with the appropriate work order.
