# Occupational Therapist - Bilingual Spanish (Virtual)**Profession:** Occupational Therapist**Location:** California, USA**Description:**TinyEYE Therapy Services is seeking a **bilingual Spanish Occupational Therapist (OT)** to provide **virtual services to students across California**. In this role, you’ll support students from Preschool through Grade 12, helping them develop the functional and motor skills needed to succeed in school, all within a fully virtual environment.*Please note: While we do not currently have active bilingual OT openings in this region, we anticipate new opportunities becoming available in the coming weeks.***Responsibilities:*** Deliver engaging virtual occupational therapy sessions using TinyEYE’s custom-built platform* Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reports and documentation* Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support student development* Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed**Qualifications:*** **Required:** Active **California OT license*** **Required:** **CA NPA clearances** (TinyEYE will assist with this process)* **Required:** Fluency in **Spanish** (oral and written)* **Preferred:** Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy* Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills* **Flexibility:** Work from home in a fully virtual setting* **Competitive Pay:** Compensation for both direct therapy and indirect service time* **Innovative Tools:** Access to digital therapy resources designed for virtual delivery* **Supportive Team:** Mentorship, onboarding support, and responsive technical assistanceYour bilingual OT expertise can help students build the skills they need to thrive in school and beyond.
