Supporting licensing and regulatory work for nuclear materials programs, the full-time Nuclear Licensing Engineer will prepare key submittals, track commitments, and assist with NRC audits, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite. Key responsibilities Provide regulatory support for preparing safety analysis reports and licensing applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness for NRC submissions Evaluate, track, and drive commitments to closure as appropriate Conduct independent research and analysis in support of regulatory and technical projects Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Science, or Engineering from an accredited university AND 5+ years of experience in the nuclear industry Minimum 4 years of regulatory experience in the nuclear industry Strong knowledge of regulations and regulatory processes related to Material Control and Accountability (MCA) and Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) Ability to represent clients at NRC and other regulatory agency meetings Technical proficiency in understanding general engineering and design within the nuclear industry
