Now Hiring: New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Unit Mission Community Hospital | San Fernando Valley, CA Mission Community Hospital, a 145-bed acute care hospital in the San Fernando Valley, is excited to welcome New Graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical-Surgical/Telemetry team on the Day Shift. If you are interested please make sure to fill out this form: Position Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Under the guidance of experienced nursing leaders and preceptors, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
• Deliver exceptional care to adolescent through geriatric patient populations

Qualifications

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS Certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
• MAB Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program

PAY TRANSPARENCY

At Mission Community Hospital we offer a competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Depending on the specific role or shift, employees may be eligible for additional compensation (Differential Pay) between $1.00 - $5.00 per hour.
