You will work out of your home, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites. Starting pay is $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience and capability. Performance will be reviewed, with the potential for pay increase, after 30 days and 90 days. After 90 days, a $500 sign-on bonus will be paid if performance criteria are met.
