About Our Agency:

Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, teamwork, and delivering a great customer experience. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with the Tennessee Titans and served in the Marine Corps, bringing discipline, leadership, and a team-first mindset into the business. I attended Lipscomb University and am married with three kids. We enjoy spending time outdoors and attending sporting events together. We stay involved in the community through our church and various humanitarian efforts. For our team, we offer health benefits, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is energetic, positive, and team-oriented. We're looking for someone who is outgoing, driven, and confident in sales - someone who brings high energy, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed as part of a motivated team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
