Job Title: Medical Records Coordinator Location: Remote Salary: $21.63/hr ($45,000/yr) About Us: We are passionate about helping families grow through surrogacy and are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Medical Records Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing surrogates for their surrogacy journey by ensuring their medical records are collected and organized for legal clearance. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the medical records team to prepare surrogates for matching with intended parents. Collect, organize, and compile all necessary medical records for surrogates. Reach out to doctors’ offices to follow up on medical record requests via phone, email, and fax. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems, ensuring all information is complete and ready for legal clearance. Build strong, supportive connections with surrogates to guide them through the medical records collection process. Collaborate with the team, take direction from leads, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Tech-savvy and experienced with faxing, record-keeping systems, and other administrative tools. Comfortable being on the phone and following up with medical professionals and surrogates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from team leads.
