Home Care CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) North Kingstown, RI; Westerly, RI; Charlestown, RI and surrounding areas Are you a CNA who loves caring for people but feels burned out by the fast pace of facility work?
At Care At Home, we believe quality care happens one client at a time. We're looking for compassionate, dependable Home Care CNAs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

What Makes Home Care Different? As a Home Care CNA, you'll work directly with clients in their homes rather than caring for multiple residents at once. This allows you to build meaningful relationships while providing personalized care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Unlike facility settings, in-home CNA positions allow you to focus your attention on one client at a time while making a meaningful difference in their daily life.
We offer a variety of schedules, including:
- Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts
- Weekday and weekend opportunities
- Full-time and part-time schedules
- Consistent recurring assignments
- Opportunities to pick up additional shifts when available
What You'll Do Every client is different, but typical responsibilities for our Home Care CNA positions may include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Providing mobility assistance and transfers
- Offering medication reminders
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and linen changes
- Transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring client well-being and communicating concerns to the care team

Requirements - Active Rhode Island CNA License
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Prior caregiving, home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or nursing home experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in client homes
- Comfortable working in homes that may include pets
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
