Machine Operator / General Labor
SmartTalent has multiple openings for Machine Operators / General labor for one of North America’s largest post-tension companies in Marysville.Ideal candidates will have previous machine operation, construction, or manufacturing.
LOCATION:Marysville, WA
PAY: $21-$22
SCHEDULE:Monday – Friday 6am – 330pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Operate and maintain equipment used in the post-tensioning process, including cutting, stressing, and fabrication machines.
·Handle and prepare materials such as cables, anchors, and concrete reinforcement components.
·Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper storage and organization.
·Follow safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
·Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery and tools.
·Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
·Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
·Support additional labor tasks as needed in the production process.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
·Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or machine operation is preferred but not required.
·Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor in various conditions.
·Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines and operating procedures.
·Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
·Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate hand and power tools.
·Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
