ProSource Wholesale – Ocala Showroom

Build Relationships. Drive Revenue. Own Your Book of Business. ProSource Wholesale of Ocala is seeking a competitive, relationship-driven Sales Account Manager to grow our builder, remodeler, and designer member base.

This is a B2B sales role — not retail. Our Account Managers build long-term partnerships with trade professionals and manage projects from quote to completion across flooring, kitchen & bath, and related categories.

What You’ll Do

Prospect & Grow Your Territory

  • Generate new builder, remodeler, designer, and property manager accounts
  • Make daily outbound calls and schedule face-to-face meetings
  • Network within the Ocala construction community
  • Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
  • Sell across all categories:
    • Hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl
    • Tile & stone
    • Cabinets
    • Plumbing fixtures
    • Installation materials (sundries)
  • Present full-solution packages
  • Create accurate quotes and sales orders
  • Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams
  • Manage timelines and customer expectations
  • Solve problems quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (building materials preferred)
  • Flooring, cabinet, or construction industry experience a plus
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and quoting software
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
  • Professional communication skills

$60,000 – $80,000 first year potential (base + commission; performance-based)

with potential of $120,000+ annually after 2 plus years

Schedule
Monday–Friday 8AM-5PM

Alternating Saturdays 9AM-12PM
