Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $132000.00 - $144000.00

A well-established, mission-driven health system on California's Central Coast is seeking a Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing Family Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while serving a diverse community with outstanding clinical support and exceptional work-life balance.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient Family Medicine
• 4-day workweek (4x10 schedule)
• No call
• Care for patients of all ages
• Established practice with immediate patient volume
• Base salary: $146,000-167,000 + productivity incentives
• Dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider
• Collaborative team of Family Medicine physicians, APPs, and Pediatrics
• NHSC Student Loan Repayment eligible site

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Eligible for California licensure
