Fountain Services is currently hiring Commercial Wiremen and Journeyman Electricians to support commercial and industrial projects across our regional footprint. This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in electrical installation who are ready to work in a team environment and mentor others while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
Use and maintain basic hand tools and company-provided tools, identify appropriate fasteners and materials for job-specific needs, follow detailed layouts and install branch circuitry and feeder conduits, bend and install EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit (1" to 4") using hand and ratcheting benders, install fixtures, devices, and proper terminations, interpret and follow construction documents and wiring diagrams, plan and execute wire pulls and terminations, including up to 4" conduit, understand lighting controls, grounding, and conduit/wire types and applications, perform transformer installations and troubleshooting, use wire crimping tools effectively, mentor apprentices and junior team members, ensuring quality of their work, ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
4+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, high school diploma or GED, must pass a mandatory drug screening, must provide two professional references, valid driver's license and reliable transportation, must own basic personal tools of the trade.
Referral from a current Fountain Services employee, formal training in an accredited apprenticeship or trade school program, OSHA-10 or other relevant electrical certifications.
