Join us and let’s get started.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Document Control Specialist to be based in Panama.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Support Document Control System for $2B rail transit program.Process project documents in AconexManage document distribution, version control, retention, and archiving of all program documentsSupport the Document Control ManagerAssist in document control and quality assurance and control process for all project documents, including submittals, contract changes, correspondence, design documents, reports, meeting minutes, and other records.Distribute documents and maintain controlled distribution lists.This vacancy aims to strengthen our talent pool for future opportunities.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBA/BS + 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and SpanishPreferred QualificationsExperience with Aconex.Experience with large public projects.Proficient in MS Office applications.Project management professional certification desirable.Additional InformationRelocation assistance is not available for this position.At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
