This is a fully onsite, face to face support role supporting a large user base of 2,000+ employees in a fast paced, upbeat entertainment environment. This person should have both Windows and Mac support experience and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software. The ideal candidate takes pride in white glove support, enjoys being on the floor engaging with u , and brings a positive, customer first mindset.
