About the Role:
Join West Chester Academy as a Dance Teacher and inspire students through the art of dance! You'll never be the same, and the kids will never forget you or the life skills they learn through the study of dance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging dance curricula for various age groups and skill levels.
• Conduct regular dance classes, focusing on technique, performance, and creativity.
• Prepare students for recitals.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills and confidence.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to create a cohesive dance program.
• Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
• Encourage students' passion for dance and foster a love for the art form.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of various dance styles, such as ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and contemporary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Passion for dance and dedication to student development.
