The ideal candidate is an execution-driven, hands-on Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales leadership to lead a motivated team of salespeople. This Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible to set sales goals, coach and motivate salespeople and will help establish behavior and activity expectations to achieve the company’s growth goals.
