We have an immediate opening for a Clerical Assistant 2 who will provide administrative and clerical support within our Pittsburgh regional office of PHRC. In this position, the Clerical Assistant 2 will provide a full range of support functions to the PHRC Pittsburgh Regional Office administrative, supervisory, legal, and investigative staff in order to expedite and ensure the mission of PHRC. The Clerical Assistant 2 will initiate the service of investigation process for complaints using appropriate software such as; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the PHRC Case Management System. Provides support and assists staff in preparing file folders for the case files and maintains office files. This position will provide assistance to visitors, addressing complaints; schedule or reschedule appointments as assigned; operate office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, scanners), manage supplies, and ensures the office environment is organized and efficient.
